Jim Stokely is a writer and consultant. He is the former Director of Human Resources at OSRAM SYLVANIA, a Siemens Company, as well as head of compensation at Brown-forman Corporation (maker of Jack Daniels). He has 25 years of experince in hiring, compensation and other employment issues. Jim earned his BA from Yale and his MBA from Stanford. His books include Constant Defender: The Story of Fort Moultrie and Highland Homeland: The People of the Great Smokies.
Kathy Shabotynskyj is a career coach and recruiter working with individuals and corporations on career transitions. Her career coaching skills were developed at Right Managment Consultants, one of the world's leading outplacement firms. She founded Sherlock Consulting and continues today helping individuals effectively and efficiently transition into new positions. In addition to career coaching, Kathy specializes in recruiting Human Resource professional for numerous Fortune 500 companies.
